How do I pay if I am overseas? Is it safe?

Yes, our online payment options are safe. We use the ANZ egate payment system so you go through a secure payment system, also we have been using this system for several years now.

What are my payment options?

When purchasing online use our credit card option for safe and easy payments.

Do you send overseas?

We certainly do.  Postage options are on our website however for bigger items such 21st keys, these will be quoted for you.

Woodcarving/Engraving/trophies

Do you send overseas and what are the customs requirements?

Yes we can send overseas.  Due to different weights,  keys and plaques will get weighed and quoted by the post office and the quote passed on to you, to be included in the final payment.

What wood do you use?

We use a varity of treat wood.  They are:

Miro, Tamanu, Pine, 

How much for 21st keys? Do you have a catalogue?

21st key  vary in price depending on the size and design.  Please contact us on email to request our latest 21st key catalogue.

Do you do bespoke items?

Yes we do.  Please contact us

How much for plaques?

Plaques start from $200 for an A4 size.

How much time do you need to carve a 21st key or plaque?

Once design has been confirmed and 50% deposit made, please allow one week to complete order.

Can my family member collect it when it is ready?

Yes of course – as long as full payment has been received.

FLORIST FAQs

How far in advance do I have to order my wedding flowers?

It is best to contact us as soon as possible to find out what flowers will be in season and if you are requiring imported flowers  for your special day.  We recommend a 50% deposit  with our florist to secure your order.  1 month to be on the safe side.

Do you do delivery?

Yes we do.  $5 charge for town deliveries and $10 for out of town.  Please contact us for Sunday delivery options.

How do I know when my flowers have been delivered?

If you order online you will get an email notification once it has been marked off.

 

Can you send to the outer islands?

With advance notice – Yes we can.  This is a $30 delivery fee.

What flowers are available this month?

Please contact our florist for more information on what flowers are available each month.

Wedding flowers – when will they be delivered/ready?

We do two delivery sessions each day so that you are getting fresh flowers everytime. First one being at 11.30am, second delivery time is at 2pm.

How can I pay?

On line by credit card,  in store with our florist or contact us if you would like to deposit money into our account.

Do you require a deposit?

This is highly recommended to secure your order and that selected flowers are put aside for your special order.

Do we do wedding set ups?

If you are hiring our wedding archway, set up is included in hire.

Do you have packages? (wedding, birthday , mother’s day )

Yes we do. We have a range of items that we can add to your order to make it a package.  Ie wine, chocolates, balloons and teddy bears.

SHOP/JEWELLERY

How do I know if my pearls are genuine?

We sell genuine black pearls and we are also accredit to the  Cook Island Pearl Authority.  Please note that we also sell fresh water pearls.

What are your opening hours?

Our main store is open from 8.30am to 4pm daily and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Are those wooden products made here?

Most of our products are made in the Cook islands by our local carvers however we also carry a range of goods from the South Pacific Region.
