Paul’s Rarotonga Hot Sauce brings the vibrant heat and tropical flavors of the Cook Islands straight to your table.

Born in 2020 from a family backyard project during tough times, our small-batch sauces start with home-grown chilies including fiery habaneros, Jamaican scotch bonnets, bird’s eye, and super-hot ghost peppers blended with fresh local fruits like mango, pineapple, jackfruit, dragonfruit, and coconut banana. Infused with healthy island ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, and coconut flower honey, each bottle captures the authentic taste of Rarotonga.

From mild and fruity options to the intense 10/10 “Magma” with its savoury Cajun-inspired kick, there’s a flavor and heat level for every palate.

Award-winning (including placings in the 2023 Mr Chilli Hot Sauce Awards in Australia), our sauces are all-natural, no artificial additives, and made fresh in small batches for maximum taste and safety.
